We’re excited to welcome Holly Clifford, CHF Personal Trainer!

Holly is a passionate traveler who enjoys hiking, swimming, and reading in her free time. She has a deep love for dogs, especially her lab, Maxine, who offers her unconditional love and companionship. Holly’s favorite season is winter, and she can never resist a good sushi meal. While she loves visiting New York City, Montana remains her favorite vacation destination and the place she proudly calls home.

Meet Levi, our new Tai Chi Instructor!

Originally from Malverne, New York, Levi is a singer-songwriter with one CD released. He loves to relax by making music and spending time with his two cats, Miles and Kristen, who he considers Tai Chi masters. Having grown up in the Northeast, spring was his favorite season, but now living in SoCal, he appreciates every season. Levi enjoys being in nature, whether at the beach or in the mountains, as it reminds him of the beauty of our planet. He’s also perfected a recipe for homemade banana-chocolate chip muffins, one of his favorite treats! If you take his class, ask for the recipe.

Mondays Tai Chi 8 – 8:55 a.m. Silver Room (fee-based class)

Wednesdays Tai Chi 8:30 – 9:25 a.m. Jade Room (fee-based class)

Building Towards Better Bones Workshop

Join us at the Center for Health & Fitness for an activity-based class led by Personal Trainer Holly Clifford, NASM CPT, on Thursday, September 26th at 11 a.m. in the Silver Room. Learn essential steps and exercise techniques to improve bone health and reduce the risk of fractures. This is a valuable opportunity to take charge of your bone health! Workshop is free.
