Learn how to boost your well-being through evidence-based practices to build resilience, feel more connected and be happier. The series focuses on the building blocks to help create a healthier and happier you.

Virtual Mental Health & Happiness: An Introduction to the Series 

This introduction session provides an overview of the 4-part Mental Health & Happiness Series, designed to support well-being through gratitude, empathy, bravery and purpose. Facilitated by Tiana Rideout-Rosales, participants will learn techniques to build a practice supporting stress resilience and positive social connections. Meet people through small group discussions and experience activities to inspire reflection and commitment to wellness.  

Date Options for the Introduction Session:  

  • Friday, October 16, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
  • Friday, November 20, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 19, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Virtual Happiness Chat

This is a casual discussion group with light-hearted activities to spark conversation. Share ideas, tips, resources, jokes, quotes – anything that supports our happiness!

Recorded Mental Heath & Happiness Series 

Welcome to the self-led Mental Health & Happiness Series. For each topic, there are two videos and two documents. Please dedicate one hour for each topic. To support your experience, consider: 1) attending an upcoming introduction session or Happiness Chat, 2) inviting a friend to participate with you and be accountability buddies, or 3) reach out to the series facilitator, Tiana Rideout-Rosales, tiana.rideout@bchd.org.
