FREE Virtual Maximize Gratitude and Connection Event
Dive into the Maximize Gratitude workshop, part of the Mental Health & Happiness Series. This evidence-informed workshop will include reflection, sharing and the opportunity to match with a group of people interested in supporting mental well-being. Facilitated by Tiana Rideout-Rosales, participants will learn techniques to build a practice supporting stress resilience and positive social connections. Meet people through small group discussions and experience activities to inspire reflection and commitment to wellness. Learn more about Blue Zones Project social groups called Moais and join a group that meets virtually.

This introduction session provides an overview of the 4-part Mental Health & Happiness Series, designed to support well-being through gratitude, empathy, bravery and purpose.
