allcove has been ALL over! (Back-To-School Nights, ICMA conference, covefest)

Wellness Tip: Thankful is an expression of gratitude, while grateful is a way of being. Take a moment and reflect on a person, a place and a thing for which you’re grateful.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for covefest and our open house!

Thank you to everyone who turned out to have a great time with us at allcove Beach Cities on October 5! Between the art, music, food and fun all around, the center transformed into a wonderfully creative opportunity to welcome youth in and helped us encourage the importance of fun together.

Did paint get all over? Yep! Were dozens and dozens and dozens of bracelets made? Most definitely! Are we still singing along to the music shared just for covefest? For sure!

Thank you to everyone who partnered with us to make it another epic covefest! We can’t wait to make the next one even better.

allcove Beach Cities Presents @ ICMA Conference 2024

In September, Beach Cities Health District and Stanford University leadership attended the 2024 ICMA Annual Conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They brought allcove Beach Cities Youth Advisory Group member, Yara E. to help present on youth involvement in services and the impact allcove is having in California. This is the first national opportunity to highlight and share all of the incredible work happening in and through the center to support young people. It was an honor to be included among the experts working with cities to make centers like ours where young people thrive.

Another Back-to-School Season comes to a close... thank you to our partners for inviting us on campus!

allcove Beach Cities attended more than 25 back-to-school and registration day events with our school partners across the South Bay. We met with hundreds of students and parents, connected with school staff and shared all about the resources available as we transition together into the 24-25 school year.

Thank you to everyone who invited us onto your school campuses and into your programs!
