South Bay Families Connected offers parents the following free resources, education, and opportunities to connect around the issues and challenges we face: A centralized online gallery of national and local parenting resources, an up-to-date community calendar, monthly Teen Wellness Speaker Series for parent education. - Families Connected Parent Chat - This free support group is open to all parents, and is led by a licensed professional from the Thelma McMillen Center at Torrance Memorial Medical Center. Parent Chat is held at Beach Cities Health District, every Monday, 10am - 11am.
