Colorful Kabobs
INGREDIENTS
- Cherry tomatoes
- Yellow or orange bell peppers
- Cucumbers
- 6 inch kabob or popsicle sticks
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the bell pepper and the cucumber into small chunks.
- Skewer the vegetables and place on kabob or popsicle sticks, alternating the vegetables.
- Serve plain or with hummus or tzatziki dip.
