There have been nearly 1,200 people who have participated in our free Mindfulness Workshops since April 2015. In response to increased requests for continued mindfulness practice, BCHD has created a Mindfulness Resource Guide and hosts a free Mindfulness Drop-In on the first Wednesday of every month from 5:30-6 p.m. in Redondo Beach. Facilitated by Greg Flaxman and Shiori Lange, the BCHD Mindfulness Drop-In incorporates various techniques to downshift and be aware of the present moment. The next two sessions will be on December 7 and January 4 - ideal timing to breathe during a busy time. Treat yourself to 30 minutes of mindfulness practice.
