Gallup is partnering with Beach Cities Health District to conduct an important study about well-being, conducting a short survey to understand more about people who live in the Beach Cities area.

Survey participants have been randomly selected to participate in the process. If you receive a survey from Gallup, please know your responses will represent thousands of people just like you who were not selected to participate. Your individual responses are voluntary and will remain completely confidential, and Gallup will never release any of your personal information.
