Beach Cities Sumer Free Fitness Series is back with Mindful Yoga on the Beach, on the sand near Scotty's Restaurant, 1100 Strand, Hermosa Beach. This event is in partnership with the City of Hermosa Beach.
The Beach Cities Health District (BCHD) hosts a variety of events, including social hours, training sessions, and support groups. The BCHD also encourages volunteers to help with outreach efforts.
