New Moai: Community Nature Meditation

Join our newest Moai for a gentle 30-minute guided meditation and breathing/stretching experience in nature with music facilitated by Tatjana Pleus. This practice is designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with their senses, and feel grounded through the healing energy of the outdoors.
Each month will feature a simple theme inspired by nature — such as The 5 Senses, Grounding Like a Tree, or Heart Breathing With the Sky — blending mindfulness, gentle movement, and moments of calm reflection accompanied by soft music.

Tatjana is a certified Health & Wellness Coach, meditation guide and author. Tatjana also composes relaxing piano and meditation music and offers wellness programs focused on heart connection, nature therapy and emotional balance.
