Vitality Assessment in the Actively Aging

May 27, 2026 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
older adult woman working out in gym

“Vitality Assessment in the Actively Aging” lecture led by AIM Sports Medicine PT. During this lecture, we will look at balance and strength assessments and how they correlate to healthy aging. We’d like to bring some of our newer assessment tools – 3D Motion Capture (for posture, balance and movement) and a Dynamometer for grip strength testing showing normative values based on age.

This lecture is part of the Center for Health & Fitness for National Center Health & Fitness Week, the nation’s largest health event encouraging all older adults to take action toward maintaining and improving their health. Enjoy FREE classes, educational lectures and assessments. Learn more at bchd.org/national-senior-health-and-fitness-week.
