Here’s how it works:
- Week 1: Focus on Form
Master the basics! We’ll break down key movements so you can build a strong, safe foundation for the weeks ahead. - Week 2: Add Reps
Time to turn up the volume. We’ll increase repetitions to boost muscular endurance and build consistency. - Week 3: Try Variations
We’ll introduce new twists on familiar exercises to target different muscles and keep things interesting. - Week 4: Circuit Challenge
Put it all together with a full-body circuit. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and core work for a total-body burn. - Week 5: Extreme Challenge
Finish strong with our toughest challenge yet! Push your limits and celebrate just how far you’ve come.
