Residents must obtain either a TAPS Identification Card or an Access Paratransit Card prior to purchasing the bus pass and taxi vouchers. The City does not provide TAPS Cards. The City subsidizes bus passes for seniors/disabled, high school and college/vocational students for Hermosa Beach residents. Senior citizens 62 years of age or older and disabled persons of any age may purchase the taxi vouchers.
