P.S. I Love You Foundation
P.S. I Love You works toward making a positive and personal difference in the lives of at-risk children so they can achieve productive lives, live with healthy habits, and maintain peaceful attitudes towards themselves and others. This is done through teaching essentials skills that influence the development of compassion, good choices, positive attitudes and confident minds. Yoga 123 which is a 12-week interactive health and wellness program dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk children through the practice of yoga. Love4life is an 18-week social and emotional learning life-skills program for 6th-9th grade students.

Family support and acceptance is critical to the wellbeing of LGBTQ+/gender expansive kids. Parents sometimes need a little help getting to a place of understanding and acceptance of their children’s LGBTQ+ identity. We focus on listening and supporting people wherever they are on their journeys, without judgement, and in strict confidence. Join us for either, or both, of our monthly support meetings:

Wondering if your child is experimenting with drugs or alcohol? Striving to create balance in your household and manage family and student stress? Seeking guidance about rule setting and boundaries around social media and technology? Families Connected Parent Chat is held every Monday and is a free support group led by a licensed professional from the Thelma McMillen Center at Torrance Memorial Medical Center. This free support group is open to all parents. No registration necessary.
