The Exodus Recovery 24-Hour Mental Health Urgent Care Center (UCC) is a welcoming environment where individuals in crisis can be assessed for stabilization services, medication evaluation and management, or hospitalization if necessary. Services provided include: mental health assessment, medication evaluation and management, therapeutic interventions, social services and referrals including a variety of discharge plans that range from home to hospital. Services provided by an interdisciplinary team of MD’s, NP’s, RN’s, MSW’s, MFT’s. Walk-ins welcome. Adults only, ages 60 and under.

Individual and family counseling and other social services for youth ages birth to 18 who reside in the South Bay. Short-term (School Based) services, Longer-term (Medi-Cal funded) services.

Provides community outreach, crisis intervention, day rehabilitation half day, dual diagnosis, full service partnership (fsp), life support, mental health services (mhs), targeted case management services. DMH Funded.
