This guided meditative experience surrounds you with soothing tones and layered vibrations that gently “bathe” you in sound\, inviting your body into deep relaxation and your mind into stillness. \nAfter a brief grounding\, participants will be guided through restorative soundscapes designed to support rest\, reset\, and renewal. Many leave feeling lighter\, clearer\, and more centered.
