The Beach Cities Health District (BCHD) hosts a variety of events, including social hours, training sessions, and support groups. The BCHD also encourages volunteers to help with outreach efforts.

BCHD holds public board meetings at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month (except Aug. and Dec.). Residents are encouraged to attend board meetings either via Zoom or at 514 N. Prospect Avenue. Details about the meeting and agenda can be found online.

Beach Cities Sumer Free Fitness Series presents Mindful Yoga on the Beach, on the sand just south of the Manhattan Beach Pier, 2 Manhattan Beach Blvd. This event is in partnership with the City of Manhattan Beach.
