Support your mental health with a mindfulness practice. Take 30 minutes to downshift and practice mindfulness techniques. The guided mindfulness meditation session will be led by a trained Beach Cities Health District instructor.
Full Moon Mindfulness is a calming, guided practice aligned with the lunar cycle.
