Healthcare Insurance & Employer Memberships
The Center for Health & Fitness is proud to accept a wide range of insurance-sponsored and health plan fitness programs to help you stay active and well. These memberships are often included at no additional cost to you.
We participate in in the following programs:
- SilverSneakers
- Silver & Fit
- Active & Fit Now, Active & Fit Direct
- Renew Active – AARP, Unite Healthcare, Scan, OnePass
- FitOn Health
These programs are typically offered through Medicare Advantage, employer-sponsored plans or individual health insurance providers. If you’re a member of any of these programs, you may be eligible for a FREE or discounted access to our facility and services.
Here’s how it works: With select insurance carriers, each gym visit is reimbursed at a small fee, up to a set maximum amount per month. Unlike a traditional gym membership where you pay a fixed monthly fee, this means CHF only receives reimbursement when you use the facility. If you don’t visit the gym, there’s no reimbursement.
Participants who take advantage of membership through these programs should use the facility at least 10 times a month for CHF to get the necessary revenue needed to keep its operations running. By doing so, both parties benefit from the arrangement. This helps to ensure that the fitness center can offer a sustainable program while also providing members with the benefits of regular usage.
Center for Health & Fitness (CHF) Membership through these programs includes:
- Access to CHF’s 17,000 square foot facility
- SilverSneakers classes and other group exercise classes
Unlimited Silver Membership – $63/Month (no long term commitment)
With an Unlimited Silver Membership, you can access more than 22 yoga and mat Pilates classes every month at one low price in addition to all the benefits of your Silver Gym Membership. Unlimited Silver Membership is designed for those seeking the complete fitness package.
