Joshua Marriott
Joshua Marriott is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran who is passionate about helping people train with purpose, build real strength, and move better—especially after setbacks or injuries.
His goal is to educate clients, improve body awareness, and provide practical tools they can use both in and out of the gym. Joshua coaches with clear standards, consistent accountability, and steady motivation, drawing on years of experience leading people through demanding physical programs.
He wants every client to discover that they are stronger and more capable than they realized, and for the discipline, resilience, and confidence developed through training to carry over into everyday life. To continue providing the highest level of support to his clients, Joshua stays current on advancements in exercise science and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
In his free time, Joshua enjoys slow runs, cat naps, good music, martial arts, exploring new places, cooking, and keeping laughter part of the day. He values building genuine connections with clients and wants the progress they make with their health and fitness to positively influence every area of their lives.
