Pam Mallory Johnson

Pam has been a movement instructor and educator for more than 12 years. She is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and a licensed GYROTONIC Instructor. She also teaches somatic movement and is a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher from the American Society for the Alexander Technique. Pam’s teaching experience is in the clinical/physical therapy setting. She’s worked with special conditions including back pain, hip and knee replacements, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. She also has a background in dance and theater arts.

Pam Carpenter

Pamela has been giving her students complete mind and body tune-ups since she began teaching in 1999.  Yoga led Pamela to a more therapeutic practice, which incorporates stretching as well as balancing and strength building into every class. She designs all of her sessions around the needs of her students.

Sue Lehman

If you want to bridge the connections of mind, body and breath through transformative yoga movements, Sue is the yoga teacher for you. She guides her students in a Hatha Yoga practice to be present in the moment, helping you to reduce stress, increase strength, flexibility and balance. She tailors her classes to meet the needs and capabilities of each student. Sue has been teaching for 20 years and has certifications in Hatha Yoga, Balance and Fall Prevention, Meditation, Pre Natal Yoga, Senior Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga with Weights and Yoga Nidra guided meditation.

Carrie Bravick

Carrie began her Yoga journey at the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1998. She has since earned her 500-hour Teaching Certification through Cloud Nine Yoga.  She is always learning and loves to share what she picks up with her students. In Carrie’s classes, you will tone the body and ease the mind through conscious movement, gentle stretching and focus on the breath – leaving you relaxed and renewed. Her classes are suitable for beginners and those who are seeking to deepen their practice.  With an emphasis on alignment and breath, variations of postures are given to let students begin from where they are.

Umeko Walker

Umeko’s background is in movement and structural therapy, so if you are looking for an emphasis on form, Umeko is the instructor for you.  She challenges her students to use muscles they generally ignore, which helps them achieve a strong, balanced body.
When Umeko is not at CHF, she is working with clients privately, assisting with small building projects or organizing spaces.
