Jamie is New York Certified as an Authentic Pilates Instructor and has been a member of the Pilates Guild since 2000. She is trained to teach more than 500 specific exercises on the Universal Reformer, Cadillac, Arc Barrel, Chair and Mat.

Jaime had the privilege to work and train with Romana Kryzanowska, who was personally trained and designated by Joseph Pilates to continue his life’s work.

Tanya has extensive fitness education and experience in Functional Training and Mat Pilates.  She helps members achieve their fitness goals with personal training routines designed to match skill and learning levels. Whether you enjoy strength training, circuit interval training or core focused Mat Pilates, Tanya will work with you to individualize your program and modify exercises to accommodate an illness or orthopedic issue.  Her objective is to always help members achieve their goals safely.

Tanya enjoys helping each person achieve their fitness goals whether that goal is to climb Machu Piccho or just climb stairs with greater ease. Tanya believes that even if a member has never been active, or is returning to exercise, it’s never too late to reap the many physical, mental, and social  benefits of regular exercise.  For the regular exerciser, working with Tanya is an opportunity to achieve higher fitness levels with new and challenging workout routines.

Cheryl Mansfield

For more than six years, Cheryl has been actively teaching and pursuing her passion of making Pilates more than just an exercise, but rather a way of life. A vanguard of the traditional style, Cheryl keeps her skills sharp by teaching and attending workshops with an emphasis on “special needs,” such as sports injuries, arthritis, osteoporosis, etc.
When Cheryl isn’t teaching classes, she enjoys participating in spinning class or two and working in her garden.

Lilly Murphy

Teaching a variety of workout classes, Lilly can help you improve your overall fitness in nearly all areas.  She strives to convey that fitness is just as important as brushing one’s teeth. After taking a class with Lilly, students will feel the joy of achievement after conquering tough challenges. Lilly has 31 years of experience teaching adult fitness and is also an instructor at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Lisa Larson

Lisa began taking yoga classes in 1994 and soon discovered the stress-reducing benefits the exercise provides.  Her sessions at CHF reflect a blend of the traditional practices she’s schooled in, including cultivating awareness through breath-based movement, attention to alignment and creating a balance between effort and ease in poses.  Students can expect a revitalizing, stress-reducing and rejuvenating experience in Lisa’s classes, which include Yoga for Seniors, Therapeutic Yoga for Joint and Spinal Health and Restorative Yoga.

Manuela Schraner

Manuela was born and raised in Switzerland and has been teaching pilates since 1999. She has been actively and passionately been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years teaching everything from Spinning to core classes, Les Mills Body pump, mat Pilates and got her reformer training certification through Stott Pilates.
Her love and passion for making people feel good and challenging her clientele with a fun and challenging workout – keeps her moving and always tries to find new way to get you sore.
Recently, Manuela has completed her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. When Manuela is not making her clients sore she is loves to be with her family, hiking and travelling the world.

Renee Love-Indelicato

Renee dedicated herself to yoga after discovering that practicing integrates the physical body with awareness. Renee has practiced and instructed a hatha-based vinyasa style class for a decade.  Utilizing workshops from White Lotus in Santa Barbara, Renee has learned to focus her teaching on alignment, strength, balance and stress reduction movements that generate physical integrity.  By adding breath awareness and facilitating a sense of centeredness, her instruction creates mental well-being.
In addition to yoga, Renee is passionate about sharing her knowledge of nutrition and currently practices Naturopathic medicine.
