After starting his career as a personal trainer, Brian has spent the last two years working as a sports massage therapist. With Brian’s education and experience, and his background in exercise and sports therapy, he is able to treat many types of injuries that may occur during exercise.

I am married with 3 kids ages 15, 8, and 4 years of age. My favorite hobbies are watching and playing sports and fishing. My favorite sports are football and baseball. My favorite teams are San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Notre Dame.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Brian Harper, LMT graduated from CSU Fullerton with a B.S. in Kinesiology. He also earned an associate degree in Sports Exercise and Rehab Therapy from Fremont College and has taken extended education courses in medical massage with an emphasis in lower back pain.
Umeko Walker
Umeko’s background is in movement and structural therapy, so if you are looking for an emphasis on form, Umeko is the instructor for you. She challenges her students to use muscles they generally ignore, which helps them achieve a strong, balanced body.
When Umeko is not at CHF, she is working with clients privately, assisting with small building projects or organizing spaces.
