Mark Bastarache
Teaching in a boot camp style but with a fun, energetic attitude, Mark likes to push people to their limits. During class, Mark will constantly walk around the floor watching the students and correct their form and challenge them by bringing heavier weights, doing longer reps and simply making them work harder to stay healthy and in shape. If you want to reach your goals faster, a class with Mark will surely get you there.
