
Meeting Rooms
Beach Cities Health District (BCHD) has meeting rooms available for use for classes, lectures, seminars and social gatherings that align with BCHD’s mission and vision of a healthy beach community.
Use Eligibility
- For non-profit entities: a copy of 501(c)3 status is required to use the room free of charge and must be updated each year to use the rooms.
- For for-profit entities: A room rental fee is required. Price to be negotiated.
- Rooms may not be used for meetings concerning political or religious activity of any kind.
- Class topics must be approved in advance by BCHD and must not compete with BCHD programs and services.
Rooms Available
The following rooms are available for events:
- Beach Cities Room (capacity with tables = 30; with chairs only = 60)
- Redondo Room (capacity with tables = 20; with chairs only = 40)

Reserving a Room
In order to reserve meeting space at BCHD, your group/organization must first be approved.

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your request. You will receive a confirmation from us on whether your request to use our rooms has been approved. Once approved, you will be provided instructions on how to request room reservations moving forward.
Meeting Room Usage Agreement
All groups/organizations utilizing BCHD meeting room space must abide by the Meeting Room Usage Agreement. Failure to comply with any of the rules and procedures above may cause your group to lose the privilege of utilizing BCHD’s meeting spaces.
