Beach Cities Health District’s AdventurePlex is where children can challenge themselves physically and intellectually in a safe, structured environment packed with mazes and tunnels, rope courses and outdoor rock climbing walls, an indoor gymnasium, and a toddlers-only play zone.

Vision: Children and families playing their way to good health.

Mission: To be a fun place for families to play, learn and grow.

What safety measures is AdventurePlex taking?

AdventurePlex follows the American Camp Association’s recommended guidelines under our certification as an Accredited Camp as well as guidelines set by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. We are also under the guidance of BCHD’s Chief Medical Advisor, Dr. William Kim.

Whether they’re exploring our five-level play structure, planting a garden, enjoying a good book, or learning healthy habits in ToddlerTown, children are enhancing their social skills while having a blast at AdventurePlex!

AdventurePlex is committed to maintaining a culture of respect for all members, staff and visitors. As such, we require our members and staff to conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner at all times while utilizing our facility. Engaging in behavior that is threatening, disruptive, violent, or harassing in nature or making profane or verbally abusive comments will not be tolerated and is cause for immediate membership termination.

Members who have experienced conduct that they believe violates this policy should bring their complaints to the attention of the front desk staff. If a member is dissatisfied with an AdventurePlex staff member’s response, they should request to speak with the AdventurePlex manager on duty.
