At Beach Cities Health District, we believe that a healthy environment and a healthy beach community go hand-in-hand. That’s why we’re excited to participate in the Lazy Acres Market Envirotokens Program.
How it works: When shoppers reuse grocery bags at Lazy Acres, they receive 10¢ tokens to donate to local non-profits. Twice a year, the community votes to select which organizations will benefit for the next six months.
