Beach Therapy

The beach is my office, and you walk on the beach while you talk with your therapist! I specialize in anxiety and related conditions, including panic attacks, worry, depression, social anxiety, PTSD, and phobias. Beach Therapy is ideal for those who appreciate nature and would like a non-conventional, holistic way to improve mental health. I work with individuals 16 and older who want to master coping skills to overcome challenges associated with life transitions (i.e., changes in school/job/marital status). I work collaboratively with clients to develop realistic goals and make practical changes for a healthy, fulfilling life. I offer a unique approach by combining evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and walking on the beach. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is highly effective in treating stress, anxiety, panic, depression, sleep problems, and health concerns. These techniques can often result in long-term positive changes after only a short period in therapy.
