Part of L.A. County Department of Mental Health, this program offers Field Capable Clinical Services to Older Adults ages 60 and above, on a county-wide basis, as an alternative to traditional mental health services. These services are available to Older Adults who may be unable to access services due to impaired mobility, frailty, or other limitations. Services are provided in-home and in the community. They can provide individual and family counseling, medication management, education, other supportive services, and/or help in obtaining other needed services. They target individuals who are uninsured, have Fee for Service MediCal,, and those who have MediCal pending and who have serious and persistent mental illness as well as those who are hoarders.

The Exodus Recovery 24-Hour Mental Health Urgent Care Center (UCC) is a welcoming environment where individuals in crisis can be assessed for stabilization services, medication evaluation and management, or hospitalization if necessary. Services provided include: mental health assessment, medication evaluation and management, therapeutic interventions, social services and referrals including a variety of discharge plans that range from home to hospital. Services provided by an interdisciplinary team of MD’s, NP’s, RN’s, MSW’s, MFT’s. Walk-ins welcome. Adults only, ages 60 and under.
