ENERGY -- Most people have great, positive energy to start something. This energy boosts motivation from within to set out on this journey. While this positive energy is engaged it must be harnessed into action.
ACTION -- Failure to act while energized is where many goals get sidetracked, often in a short span of time. This is where a support group has great impact. Setting the plan, action and timeline with trusted support will make even the smallest actions go further.
RESULTS -- When actions are executed, with unwavering belief, results will appear. As positive results appear, the BEAR cycle can restart again toward the next goal. The results journey should be tough enough to fuel belief, which will build energy, on to action and results again.
