Our daily routines have evolved, and our roles have expanded in ways we never expected—full-time employee, caregiver, multitasker extraordinaire—just to name a few. Navigating these changes can be exhausting, but the holidays still offer a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect and appreciate all that we have.
