Individual and group mental health counseling for low-income Beach Cities residents
Positive Coaching Alliance $7,500
Character building exercises and social emotional learning tools for youth, coaches and parents at camps, schools, and/or after-school programs
The Salvation Army Meals on Wheels $50,000
Home delivered meals for home-bound seniors and disabled adults in the Beach Cities
Manhattan Beach CERT $5,500
Free CPR training for beach cities residents
South Bay Children’s Health Center $25,000
Individual and group counseling for students during the summer
Cancer Support Community $20,000
Support groups and counseling for individuals and their families who are confronting cancer
Redondo Beach Rotary Vision to Learn $4,000
Eye exams and prescription eyeglasses for low income students in Redondo Beach Unified School District
Our Village $11,100
Social-emotional support for children ages 4-11
South Bay Bicycle Coalition $7,500
Bicycle Safety internship program for high school students
Micro-Enrichment Grants
The Micro-Enrichment Grant applications for FY20-21 were awarded to six projects in the amount of $26,500.00. The Micro-Enrichment Grant funding cycle for FY 21-22 will open in October 2021.

Launching a Creative Wisdom Tool Program, merging together the therapeutic arts, healing arts, and movement arts

Accessibility and Restoration of the Valley Park Picnic Area

South Bay Parkland Conservatory $5,000
