DESCRIPTION:Let your body unwind and your mind settle during a deeply relaxing Sound Bath. This guided\, meditative experience uses soothing tones—often from crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, and gentle percussion—to “bathe” you in layered sound. The vibrations encourage your nervous system to downshift\, helping release tension\, quiet busy thoughts\, and promote a sense of spacious calm. No experience is required; you simply lie down or sit comfortably and listen. \nWhat to expect:\nAfter a brief grounding\, Sarah will weave restorative soundscapes designed to support rest and reset. Many participants report feeling lighter\, clearer\, and more centered afterward. \nIs this for me?\nSound Baths are generally gentle and accessible.
