We will gather just south of the restrooms.  Come join us as we generate waves of peace through mediation\, stretching\, tapping\, grounding and humming. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat\, beach towel or anything else you might need (water\, sun protection\, etc.). There will be a limited supply of beach towels provided in case you do not have one.
