Our support groups offer a safe space to address the challenges that come with caring for someone\, find support amongst peers who share similar experiences and openly express your feelings around being a caregiver. \nMANHATTAN BEACH – please join us on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 1:30 p.m. at the Joslyn Community Center\, 1601 N. Valley Dr.\, Manhattan Beach\, CA 90266. Facilitated by Beach Cities Health District’s Care Manager Social Workers. DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with the Blue Zones Project Approved Grocery Store muun chi\, participate in a relaxing mindfulness practice on the beach that encourages our reconnection to the earth. \nOn April 28\, meet us at 5:55 p.m. at Miramar Park where we will walk down the stairs together. We will gather just south of the restrooms.  Come join us as we generate waves of peace through mediation\, stretching\, tapping\, grounding and humming. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat\, beach towel or anything else you might need (water\, sun protection\, etc.). There will be a limited supply of beach towels provided in case you do not have one.
