Whether that is a few quiet moments\, a warm meal\, or an exercise class\, adults and caregivers need to remember they\, too\, have permission to pause\, rest\, and play. \nJoin us for a 50-minute parent / caregiver-specific sound bath hosted by Vedic Vibes in partnership with South Bay Families Connected. This guided meditative experience surrounds you with soothing tones and layered vibrations that gently “bathe” you in sound\, inviting your body into deep relaxation and your mind into stillness. \nAfter a brief grounding\, participants will be guided through restorative soundscapes designed to support rest\, reset\, and renewal. Many leave feeling lighter\, clearer\, and more centered.
