DESCRIPTION:Beach Cities Sumer Free Fitness Series is back with Mindful Yoga on the Beach\, on the sand near Scotty’s Restaurant\, 1100 Strand\, Hermosa Beach. (Please note there is no event on June 16) This event is in partnership with the City of Hermosa Beach. \nInstructors from BCHD’s Center for Health & Fitness will lead all Free Fitness sessions. \nWhile there is no cost to participate\, registration is required\, either online at bchd.org/freefitness or at the event. Pre-registration closes at 12 p.m. but walk-ups are welcome.
