Tony Glorioso is a front desk volunteer at the Center for Health and Fitness (CHF). Tony decided to join the CHF gym four years ago when looking for a new place to exercise. He liked everything about CHF, especially the maturity of the people, the education and certification of the instructors, and the pleasant atmosphere. In fact, Tony like it so much that he became a volunteer!

Learn how to be the best possible “you” – the picture-perfect person you’re meant to be. This interactive, fun workshop will help you answer two fundamental questions: “Who am I?” and “How will I live my life?” And it’s time for you to answer them both. What is purpose? It’s when our gifts, passions and values align and are expressed through our daily lives.

I’m a big believer in eating fresh fruits and vegetables. I’m also keen on picking the ones that are nutrient-dense, which means they’re fresh, seasonal and fully packed with nutrients.

Want to get involved in the Blue Zones Project?

American Cancer Society is looking for volunteers to help with a cancer prevention study they are conducting. Two volunteers are needed on Tuesday, May 7, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., and five volunteers are needed on Thursday, May 9 from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.
